(furniture layout plan, ceiling plan, lighting fixture allocation drawing, lighting circuit drawing, etc)
confirm all the drawings of planning , material and color plan.

To develop a floor planning. Communicate with client and validate the details of design allocation.

Site Reno&Construc
Site Reno&Construc
Start construction on site.We brief the construction instructions and regulations to the contractor . Designer will provide supervision of construction quality.

Cost Estimation
Present an estimation pricing based on the proposed project design layout design.

Site HandOver
Preliminary inspection and acceptance of the construction and confirm the receipt of acceptance of completed construction and hand over the house.
